Exam Proctoring

CLMA supports our community members in their educational and professional endeavours.  We offer exam proctoring for students enrolled in distance education, online learning, and professional certification programs.

Prior to completing the Exam Proctoring Form, please review our Use of Space Policy for details regarding fees and conditions.

Booking Details and Conditions

Prior to contacting CLMA for room booking, please see our Locations and Hours page for our hours of operation, and review our Use of Space Policy for booking details, fee structures, and conditions.

CLMA cannot guarantee a distraction free environment and is not responsible for unforeseen interruptions such as power outages. Students being proctored will be set-up in an area with direct sightline to service desk and will be monitored by staff.

A minimum of two (2) weeks in advance of your exam date is required. Exams must be sent to CLMA one (1) week prior to exam date. Exam proctoring is subject to the availability of authorized staff and resources and will be undertaken provided the conditions set by the examining institution can be met without undue disruption to the CLMA’s normal functions.

Fees

The fee of $45.00 may be paid by the student or school. Payment is required within 48 hours of confirmation of request.

Cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to date of booking to be eligible for a refund, less an administrative fee of $5.00.

CLMA accepts no responsibility for any charges involved in proctoring such as photocopying or mailing charges.
